We present this concert, Songs and Stories of Israel, to celebrate this beautiful and Holy Land. Chassidic superstar Benny Friedman will be taking us on a captivating musical journey through the Holy Land and its unique bond with the Jewish people.

Join us as we mark DOUBLE CHAI – 36 years of bringing the love and joy of Judaism to the Birmingham, Alabama community – and, indeed, the entire state of Alabama.

Since Rabbi Yossi and Frumie Posner came to Birmingham in September of 1987, there has been a burst of Jewish energy, a surge of innovative Jewish education, a renewed wave of Jewish warmth and kindness, and an overall greater sense of Jewish connection.

This concert is a celebration and a glimpse of what is yet to come.
